When I volunteered to help vend tea at Inshalla, I did not expect that we would be producing some the best tea I’ve ever tasted — and doing so in the middle of a forest!

what is the sugar substitute that they use ?

We use Sucanat, essentially unrefined cane sugar. Good stuff!
